K.C.L. is an independent SAP contractor who specializes in SAP finance and procurement processes.
Before going independent, he spent many years in the SAP practice of one of the Big Four firms, rising from consultant to manager and leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations across numerous industries and clients.
Currently, he now runs his own incorporated practice, working directly with end clients globally, through system integrators, and via staffing agencies. He also works on the recruiting side of SAP staffing, sourcing consultants for system integrators and end clients — which gives him an unusually complete view of the contract market from both sides of the table.
He wrote the book he wishes he had when he first went independent.
